Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Just like a family, our internal “parts” hold different feelings and beliefs. Some are protective, while others might be wounded. In IFS, we work together to identify and understand these parts, creating a safe space for them to express themselves. This fosters self-discovery, compassion, and healing. By acknowledging and nurturing these parts, we aim to bring balance and transformation, helping you become the compassionate Self leader of your internal world.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is an approach that recognizes the deep connection between mind and body. It acknowledges that experiences, emotions, and traumas are stored in your body's sensations and movements e.g. ‘I feel I have the weight of the world on my shoulders, I freeze whenever I see him”. In our sessions, we focus on tuning into these bodily sensations, helping you become more aware of how your body responds to thoughts, feelings and memory. Sensorimotor Psychotherapy empowers you to reconnect with your body, to release old tension and trauma and promote resilience and well-being.

Safe and Sound Protocol
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a therapeutic intervention created by Stephan Porges to enhance emotional regulation and social engagement. Utilizing filtered music and auditory exercises, SSP aims to stimulate the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in stress responses. By promoting better physiological and emotional self-regulation, it can benefit therapy clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, and sensory processing challenges. The protocol is non-invasive and seeks to create a sense of safety within the nervous system, aiding clients in their journey toward improved emotional well-being and increased readiness for therapeutic work.
