Fees are $160 and the Medicare rebate $81.90 so there is a gap of approximately $80. If on a health care card, the fee is $120.
$80 deposit is required prior to your first appointment.
Limited services though the Connect to Wellbeing programme for Suicide Prevention, Indigenous, LGQTBI+, domestic violence, rural and remote and victims of natural disasters. These fees are fully covered, you can ring Head to Health on 1800 595 212 to see if you are eligible and to self-refer.
You may be eligible for rebates through Private Health Insurers, please contact your insurer for details as they have different policies.
DVA health cards (Gold and white) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral
I am not accredited for Victims Services or Workcover clients and do not work with the following groups:

All information is kept on a secured data base. I am bound by APHRA and the Occupational Therapy code of ethics to keep information confidential. There are exceptions to this in cases where there is a risk to self or others, Child Protection or a Court Subpoena is issued. This would be discussed with you.

As I have a waiting list, I require 24 hours’ notice (office hours) for cancellation or I will charge the full fee which is not covered by a Medicare Rebate. Please contact me if there are extenuating circumstances.
